This month’s Ipsy bag is titled #IPSYLOVE. It’s pink. So right off the bat, I think I can say they stuck to their theme for this month.

I also appreciate that there’s a product for every aspect of beauty: eyes, face, lips, hair.

And the bag this month feels and looks top notch. Good job Ipsy!

First product is this mini Cargo Cosmetics lip gloss in the shade Anguilla, which reminds me of “arugula” and then I start thinking of salads, and sandwiches, and I get hungry. It’s a very distracting name.

It’s in a tiny bottle, great for losing in your travel bag, and the formula is smooth. I feel like they’re trying to copy NYX’s Butter Gloss, but it feels heavier, probably making it more long lasting.

When it comes to price, it’s confusing. The bottom of my bottle says 4.5 ml. It’s supposedly a mini. On the site, a full size is $16, for a 2.5ml. Someone messed up somewhere. Let’s just say this lip gloss is half a full size, making it $8 dollars. Crazy.

Next is this ModelCo Blush Cheek Powder in Peach Bellini.

I’m not crazy about blushes, so I basically own none. This was a welcome addition to my pathetic blush family.

It lives up to it’s name, being a shimmery peach color. It’s rather pretty.

Model Co’s site doesn’t say how much it’s regular size is, so I’m going to assume this blush is full sized. On the site, you can buy this and a mini kabuki brush for $20.

So far this Ipsy bag is $28, while I only paid $10.

Eva NYC Up All Night Volumizing Spray. I was somewhat annoyed, because it spilled. About a third of it is missing.

Ipsy typically puts liquids in a zip lock baggie, but they didn’t with this. Thankfully, it didn’t ruin anything.

The product itself is heavenly. I wasn’t going to use it, but the reviews convinced me otherwise. It smells amazing. I sprayed it on my dry hair and it did fluff up! I was very skeptical. And it makes my hair feel soft! It’s also a heat protectant.

An 8oz bottle of this costs $24, so this 1oz sample can be $3. This one is worth it.

Second to last is this Pencil Me In Eye Accent Pencil in the shade Amethyst. I’ve heard that purple accentuates brown eyes, so I’ll try this out.

It’s a ‘green’ cosmetic, “Because all shades contain anti-oxidants and vitamins which help to protect the eye area from daily exposure to destructive elements.” And it came with it’s own sharpener, which I was most excited about.

I received a full size, which retails for $6.99.

I saved the best for last. The Hey Honey Take It Off Exfoliating Peel Off Mask. This was the most exciting product in my glam bag. I’ve been wanting a peel off mask for a while now!

It’s for “all skin types.” It didn’t specify sensitive skin, but I took the gamble and tried it on anyway. I removed my makeup, exfoliated, and smoothed this on my clean face. A lot of reviewers said they had a problem with it not peeling, caused from applying it too thin. So I applied and reapplied. I really, really wanted to peel it off.

I only had a few thin spots, and I did get it in my eyebrow (unpleasant feeling), but it was a lot of fun. I finished by applying my Good Day Moisturizer, which I have currently become obsessed with, and my skin had a dramatic change for the better.

This mask retails for $35 ($29 after the Ipsy discount). So this little baby would be $7.

$45 worth of products for $10? Ipsy is more than worth it this month. Great bag!
