Oh where, oh where, did my little day go?
I feel like that’s from a nursery rhyme, but I can’t remember what it is. . .
I’m dwelling on this. Why? Move on, Rebekah. .
So I went to the gym today.
Wore my fancy new sneakers my parents bought me as an early Christmas present. I usually don’t like the look of exercise shoes, but I think these are really nice.
My favorite part about the gym are the TVs at every station. That probably says more about me and my dedication to fitness than any trainer needs to know.
I watched the ending of a movie staring Carey Grant (yeah, I know, that totally narrows it down). I kept laughing out loud! I felt like someone was going to come by and tell me to keep it down and that I was having too much fun, and thus not exercising hard enough.
Let’s be honest, that would probably be the truth.
Little OOTD workout outfit for you. I was sporting my USNSCC Marksmanship Unit t-shirt. I got it from a Sea Cadet training where all we did was shoot guns for seven days straight, and it was awesome.
I made myself a post-workout snack once I was back home.
A delicious smoothie that was more ice than fruit. . Bland yumminess. .
And keeping with the “healthy” theme.
I heated up mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce to go with it!
Gotta watch those carbs, guys.
Yeah, I practice what I preach.
